Product description

Fully automatic pallet wrapping machine with rotary arm. The rotary arm rotates around the pallet with a mortised pre-

stretch film head. This machine is widely applicable for different pallet dimensions in different industries.

Wrapping Material

Stretch wrapping film:

· Core size: 3 inches

· Film width: 500 mm

· Maximum diameter: 260 mm

· Thickness: 14–35 μm

One roll of stretch film will be supplied along with the machine for trial running.

2.2.4 Supply Scope

Machine Main Frame – 1 set

· Gantry type frame made of square steel tube (Material: Q235 steel)

· Driving motor base installed on the frame

· Rotary arm fixed on the frame and connected with a slewing bearing

Driving Device for Rotary Arm – 1 set

· Frequency control motor with brake

· Rated power: 1.1 kW

· Rotary arm speed: n = 15 rpm (frequency motor with brake)

· Two position limits equipped on both ends of the rotary arm

Film Carriage – 1 set

· Open-door type pre-stretch film carriage with stretch ratio of 250% (1 m to 3.5 m)

Film Delivery Following-Up Mechanism

Film Auto Feeding and Cutting Device – 1 set

· When stretch wrapping is finished, the film will be cut and clamped automatically

· When the film tail is released from the clamp, the air shooter will blow the film tail up; then the film tail will be wrapped by

stretch film and kept tightly against the pallet to ensure no film tail is produced

· Film hot melt cutting adopts electrical heating wire to cut the film

· After the film is cut, the hot sealer will automatically seal the film tail to ensure no film tail comes out

· Pneumatic component: FESTO brand

Pneumatic Control System – 1 set

· Air source required: Compressed air shall be supplied by the end user to the inlet of the stop valve

· Pneumatic cylinder controlled by the control box

Electrical Control System – 1 set

· Sinolion standard control cabinet

· PLC control system: Wrapping layers, wrapping cycles, and top wrapping time can be set on the HMI

· Safety command can be added to the control program with a PLC extension module to ensure machine safety

· Photo eye will automatically detect the height and length of the pallet

· Air resource equipped with a single-direction valve to stop air release when pressure is not steady

· Driving speed of rotary arm, chain conveyor, and film carriage lifting are individually adjustable

· Film delivery speed is also adjustable; wrapper alarms when film breaks

· Powered with pause/manual/automatic wrapping switch function for better operation control

· Air source required: Compressed air shall be supplied by the end user to the inlet of the stop valve
