Description

This black masterbatch has high concentration and high MFI, both high advantages. So the black color masterbatch has very good blackness and opacity, meanwhile posseses excellet dispersion ability. It would be well used for PP strapping, pacckage production. The black masterbatch has good compatibilities with PE and PP material. 

Composition
Carbon Black Content=46%±1%
Carrier= Virgin LLDPE +LDPE

Carbon Black = ZY-2

Calcium Carbonate= 1,200mesh

Compatiable Applications
The 46% Carbon Black Black Mastebatch 8306 is compatible with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE and PP materials

Method of Usage
The 46% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8306 has excellent dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
The 46% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8304 is supplied in pellet form and packed in 25kg plastic or paper bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
