Description

This is one custom-made black masterbatch for PP filament/blet production. It includes 40% ZY-8200 black masterbatch and virgin LLDPE carrier. Its MFI is as high 38 gram/10 mintues 21.6kg &190 Cdegree. Environment-friendly, nontoxic, smelless, spotless, smooth appearance and stable color. The black masterbatch 8304 is compatible with PE and PP applications, excellent for blowing film, PP filament.

Composition
Carbon Black Content=40%±1%
Carrier: recycle PE mixing with virgin LLDPE

Carbon Black = ZY-8200

Calcium Carbonate= 1,200mesh

Compatiable Applications
The 40% Carbon Black Black Mastebatch 8306 is compatible with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE and PP materials

Method of Usage
The 40% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8306 has excellent dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
The 40% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8304 is supplied in pellet form and packed in 25kg plastic or paper bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
