Engineered for the rigors of factory automation, our M12 Connectors merge the mechanical precision of Aviation Connector locking systems with the environmental sealing of a premium Waterproof Connector. As versatile Industrial Connectors, they support pin configurations from 3 to 12 pins (with options up to 17 pins available), in both male and female variants, straight or angled orientations.

4. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

We are flexible. We accept both low-volume prototype orders and high-volume production runs. The MOQ can be as low as 1 piece for prototyping, and we offer competitive pricing for mass production.

5. How can I get a quote?

Please send us your drawings, along with information on material, surface treatment, and required quantity. We typically provide a detailed quotation within 1-2 business days.

6. What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer). A deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance paid before shipment.

7. How do you handle shipping?

We have extensive experience in international shipping. We can ship samples and small batches via express couriers like DHL/UPS. For large production orders, we arrange sea or air freight based on your needs, with FOB, CIF, or EXW terms available.

8. What is your lead time?

For prototype orders, lead time is typically 7-15 days. For mass production, it depends on the order quantity and complexity, generally ranging from 3-5 weeks. We will provide a precise schedule with your quote.

D. About Quality & After-Sales

9. How do you ensure quality control?

Quality is integral to our process. We perform a First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process checks, and a final random inspection before shipment. We can provide inspection reports and are compliant with ISO 9001 quality management standards.

10. What if I receive defective parts?

We stand behind our quality. If any parts are found to be defective due to our manufacturing process, please notify us within 12 months of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos). We will promptly arrange to re-manufacture or repair the defective units.
