3 Roll Pipe Bending Machine

1.Product Introduction:

We are a manufacturer of pipe processing machines. Including pipe bending machine, pipe cutting machine,pipe chamfering machine and pipe end forming machines.

This machine is 3 roll pipe bending machine which is also called pipe rolling machine.It is a mechanical equipment used for rounding metal materials. It consists of three rollers, with one roller located above and two rollers located below. The upper roller can apply pressure through hydraulic or mechanical force to compress the metal material between the two rollers below.

This 3 roll pipe bending machine is mainly used for rounding metal plates, pipes, shafts, etc., to form circular or elliptical sections. It can achieve processing of metal materials such as bending, flattening, and elongation, thereby changing the shape and size of the material.

2.Main Characteristics:

1.Full mechanical drive,compact construction, high reliability.
2.Three wheels drive, anti-skid, thin walled material can be bended.
3.Two wheels are asymmetric distribution which reduce the straight line section.
4.The side of two wheels both side can feed pipe.
5.Plus foot switch and emergency stop which easy to operate.
6.The machine transmit steadily. it only needs to adjust the distance of between up wheel and down wheel. different curvature can be obtained circular arc or spiral.
7.Change the geometry of mould, operator can process various metal profiles, sucha as angle steel, flat steel, round steel and other special shaped cross section profiles.
8.Bending large diameter profiles, to avoid the drawbacks of making large bending pipe mould, is a necessary complement series for single, double bending machine can not reach.

9.The machine is in suit to produce in enormous quantities, with high speed and efficiency.
