Vacuum Lifter is designed for demoulding cured PC Pole and Pile from lower mould after removing upper mould by vacuum pressure.  The lifter consists of Main beam structure, Vacuum Pump, Vacuum Pad (special Rubber Pad), and Control Panel, all factory mounted and wired vacuum pressure guage with piping and valves.  There are two(2) model, one for 300~600mm dia.  X 18m long pile and pole demoulding, and the other for 700~1400mm dia.  X 18m long pile demoulding.  The lifter must be mounted under overhead crane with slinger arms for perpendicular operation.  Controller can be mounted in overhead crane cabin or can use remote controller for safety operation.
