How to use? first take off the large pine nuts, then adjust the clearance and then take off the small pine nuts,cycling(re-shelling of the unshelled),until all sizes of pine nuts are shelled.
The gap between the rolls should be 1-1.5 mm smaller than the size of the loose pieces.

For example, the size of pine nut raw material is 15 mm in diameter of large pine nuts, 12 mm in diameter of medium pine nuts, and 9 mm in diameter of small pine nuts. It is adjusted according to the raw material in turn: the first roll release clearance is 14 mm, the second roll release clearance is 11 mm, the third roll release clearance is 8 mm, and the third roll release clearance is 8 mm. In practical application, the clearance should be adjusted according to the material to achieve the best effect of sheltering and non-crushing. At the same time, each level of pine nuts for dehulling, need to replace the corresponding screen.
