The devulcanizer adopts a new technology of devulcanizition. Compared with tradtional devulcanizing equipments, it is advanced in the following points.

The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened; Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer; no polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization; The quality is better; To open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatized during the working process.

The devulcanizer is a horizontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate dockwise and anti-clockwise. The left and right rotating paddles push the material in the vessel moving along the shaft to be well mixed and equally heated.

The devulcanizer employs a hydraulic system to open, close and lock up the feeding door and the discharging door.
