EW3000 Paper Roll Radial Stretch Wrapping Machine

Fully Automatic EW3000 radial wrapper connect with V-slat Conveyor realize the paper roll travel, packing automatically. 

When the rolls arrive Paper Roll Radial Stretch Wrapping Machine,Hydraulic lifter raise the paper rolls from the V-slat conveyor, and the wrapper will wrapping automatically  after wrapping finished, Automated adhesive dispensing equipment will glue the film tail on the paper roll and the cutter will cut and clamp film tail. Then the wrapped rolls will travel to next equipment.

Also we provide the whole paper roll handling system. Including V-slat conveyor, Turntable, Upender etc.

Wrapper Alarm

To show machine failure information. When the machine inspect running failure, will enter into emergency stop and the Alarm light will flash. The failure information will show on the touch screen easy for the operator to find & solve the problem. For example: Inverter alarm, Motor overload, Film run out, Glue run out etc
