When the elevator is debugged, it runs from the lowest floor to the highest floor at a low speed, and the pulse number of each floor height is put into the control system. When the motor rotates, the encoder can get the output pulse which is directly proportional to the elevator running distance. The encoder will send the pulse to the frequency converter or other governors for operation and adjustment, and the elevator can slow down and select the floor. Among them, the pulse number of deceleration distance should be set. When the elevator operates in single floor or multi-layer, the deceleration distance is different, so the pulse number is also different. When the upper and lower layers of each layer are under or over flat, it is necessary to adjust the number of partial pulses. If only a certain layer is under or over flat, do not adjust the pulse number, which may be caused by the incorrect installation of the magnetic separator.
