Overview:

Fully automatic linear edge banding machine, the end face of the board in the panel office furniture after the sawing process must be protected and beautified by the edge banding. The automatic linear edge banding machine is a device that seals and sticks solid wood, PVC and other edge banding materials to the edge of the board. The equipment applies molten hot melt adhesive to the end face of the board, and then presses the edge-sealing material on the board. The hot melt adhesive quickly solidifies to form adhesive force, which combines the edge banding material with the board. After that, it is necessary to go through end cutting, trimming, scraping, polishing, sanding, etc., so that the end face of the plate can be beautifully protected. The automatic edge banding machine can complete the procedures of gluing, edge banding and gluing, front and rear truncation, top and bottom edge, chamfering, squeegee, and sanding in one feeding process on the edge banding machine. Each feeding process can complete a straight edge operation. The continuity of each process is very strong, so the edge banding efficiency is very high. Plates with multiple edges that need to be sealed need to pass through the edge banding machine many times. Generally, they will be conveyed back to the original position by the conveyor roller after passing through the edge banding machine. After changing the direction, the edge banding machine will complete the edge banding again.

Cut off the rotary wave knife marks left on the edge banding belt trimmed on both sides of the plate.
