Work stations: -- Double Motor End Trimming Unit - two tilting motors HQD 0.5 HP each. -- Top and backside Trim with (2) HQD motors, 0.75 HP (0.55 kW) every and micrometric adjustment with numerical read-out. Cutters with three mm radius with (4) knives. -- Top and backside Buffing station. -- Material feed velocity 12 MPM .

1. Pre-milling.
