If the size exceeds this, the printing difficulty of the pad printer will increase and the cost will increase significantly. This is relative to the screen printer. At present, the pad printer with the largest printing area is the pad printer for printing ceramic tableware. There is also a type of product that is long and narrow, that is, one side is relatively small, less than 150mm, and the other side is relatively long, more than 500mm. If you choose a pad printer, you can consider a pad printer with an oil cup moving left and right. For operators, we prefer to stand in front of the pad printer to adjust the pad printer.

The pad printer with an oil cup moving left and right can obviously reach a longer distance, which is why it is more suitable for long strip products. There is no technical problem in manufacturing 90mm oil cups and 150mm oil cups. If it exceeds this size, the difficulty of manufacturing the pad printer will increase.
