After the encoder is installed, the motor end cover is installed, the power cable and feedback cable of the motor are connected on the workbench, and the no-load test of the motor is carried out first. When the machine tool is powered on and the starting mode group of the stand-by bed is ready, the test motor can be inched. If the motor can rotate normally and there is no alarm or runaway phenomenon, the encoder is installed successfully. Otherwise, it needs to be removed and re installed. If the machine is tested directly, if the phenomenon of flying occurs, the mechanical part of the machine will be seriously damaged.
