In some industrial automatic control fields and some equipment applications, we often encounter various occasions where we need to measure the length. At present, the photoelectric encoder is usually used. According to its calibration method and signal output form, photoelectric encoder can be divided into three types: incremental, absolute and hybrid. It is an optical, mechanical and electrical sensor with high precision, fast response, stable and reliable performance. It can accurately detect the angle, speed, displacement and other parameters. It can convert physical quantities such as displacement into digital pulse signals, and realize accurate displacement measurement by calculating the number of pulses. However, due to the influence of working environment and other factors, the output signal of incremental photoelectric encoder contains more jitter bit error pulses, which will cause false counting.
